What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?

1. Zoom Interview

Let’s meet face to digital face and get to know one another. This is a very casual chat to help us determine whether or not you would be a good cultural fit. No need to get all dressed up. 🙂

2. Follow Up Interview

Once one of our recruitment team members has had an opportunity to get to know you and how you might be a good fit, we will sit down with more team members to learn more about you.

3. Offer

After we have met you, learned more about your skillset and how good of a fit you would be, we sit down and draw up an offer, hopefully it is one you simply can’t refuse.
